Role overview
Support project managers in developing and implementing projects for the Group Security Business Support team.
The Group Security organization includes training, command centre, hub operations, crime prevention and investigation, threat and risk assessment, aviation security assurance, and business support.
Project responsibilities
- Monitor, track, and report project deliverables against approved time, cost, and quality metrics.
- Maintain a register documenting compliance with the endorsed project-management methodology.
- Lead change-management processes as required and contribute to project plans under project-manager guidance.
- Research and analyse options for business cases and project deliverables.
- Lead defined projects under the guidance of a project manager.
- Map processes, identify efficiency opportunities, and recommend service redesign.
Required qualifications
- Degree or honours qualification (12+3 or equivalent).
- At least 3 years of general administration experience.
Additional advantages
- Project or project-team experience is an advantage.
- PRINCE2 or PMP certification is desirable but not essential.
- Familiarity with Microsoft applications, especially Excel, Project, and scheduling applications, is an advantage.
- Budget and financial management experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities are advantages.
