Support the Facilities Team in security operations and help ensure compliance and consistency with security policies, the Airline Security Program, and Security Management System.
Collate, record, analyze, and help investigate, alert on, and report irregularities that may breach security policy.
Key responsibilities
- Support security operations with statistics, logistics, roster patterns, and administration; assist with performance reviews, training initiatives, and consistent policy application.
- Maintain documents, manuals, and audit records; contribute to reviews of procedures, contracts, and other operational documents.
- Support daily security requirements, including parking and VIP visitors; review reported incidents and decide on appropriate action.
- Maintain ticket and credit card fraud records and prepare alerts for network stations.
- Coordinate investigations, assist with evidence gathering, independently handle less complex cases, and submit reports with recommendations.
- Record, collate, analyze, and report data related to administration, customer complaints, and compliments.
Qualifications
- Have 12 years of schooling or equivalent.
- Have 3+ years of experience; aviation security experience is preferred.
- Aviation, supervision, root cause analysis, comprehensive report writing, computer literacy, investigation, risk assessment, and fraud prevention experience are advantageous.
