PROJECT MANAGER – FIT OUT (Architect/Interior Designer/Civil)

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Project Manager with the following requirements.

Duties and responsibilities:

·       Preferably to have experience in the luxury villas and hotels.

·       Supervise the project team.

·       Do the presentations and negotiation with the client directly.

·       Monitor the project progress and achieve the target deadline.

·       Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

·       Take necessary cost controls.

·       Ensure client satisfaction.

·       Good experience in claim variations and preparing progress reports.

·       Managing and coordinating with the subcontractors and suppliers.

·       Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

·       Ability to work collaboratively with project teams, including architects, contractors, and other engineers.

Requirements:

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering.

·       A minimum of 12-15 years in a fit-out company is a must.

·       Excellent communication skills.

·       Very good in Excel.

·       

Experience in AutoCAD, Primavera, etc.
