Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager/Senior Civil Manager to oversee multiple construction projects in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of project management processes, particularly in relation to budgeting and financial variations.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Oversight:
- Manage and coordinate all phases of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Oversee site operations and collaborate with site managers and construction teams across multiple sites.
- Budget Management:
- Work closely with the finance department to prepare and manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-control measures.
- Regularly communicate updates regarding budget variations and financial forecasts to stakeholders.
• Documentation & Compliance
Ensure all projects comply with local laws, regulations, and safety standards, including Dubai Municipality regulations.
Prepare and submit all necessary documentation to regulatory bodies and stakeholders.
• Client & Stakeholder Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring clear communication and fostering professional relationships.
- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on project status, challenges, and solutions.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Address any issues that arise during the project lifecycle and implement corrective actions.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead project teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high performance and team cohesion.
- Conduct performance reviews and facilitate training opportunities for team members.
