PROJECT MANAGER

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all engineering activities for FEED and EPC projects.
• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality project deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with client specifications, international standards, and company procedures.
• Support project execution by coordinating with project management, procurement, construction, and client teams.
• Review and approve engineering deliverables, technical documents, and design packages.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and engineering risks during project execution.
• Monitor engineering progress, resource allocation, and project schedules.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering personnel.
• Participate in client meetings, technical reviews, and project planning activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in execution of FEED/EPC contracts within the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry.
• Minimum 5 years of GCC experience is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar managerial position on mega Oil & Gas FEED/EPC projects valued above USD 1 Billion.
• Strong experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams on large-scale international projects.
