Your Role

As an Engagement Manager – SAP Data & Analytics at Capgemini, you will play a pivotal role in leading client engagements focused on SAP-based data solutions and analytics initiatives. You will serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless project delivery and fostering long-term partnerships. Your expertise in SAP Data and Analytics, combined with strong engagement management skills, will be essential in driving project success and identifying opportunities for business growth.

• Lead end-to-end SAP Data & Analytics engagements—from project planning and execution to closure.
• Manage client relationships by facilitating regular communication, addressing escalations, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Utilize Engagement Management tools to monitor project progress, resource allocation, budgets, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement SAP data solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues to maintain timelines and quality standards.
• Drive business development by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts and supporting proposal development.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, methodologies, and best practices in SAP Data & Analytics projects. Your Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience managing SAP Data & Analytics projects, ideally in a consulting or client-facing environment.
• Strong proficiency in SAP data platforms (e.g., SAP BW, SAP HANA, SAP Data Intelligence) and analytics tools.
• Hands-on experience with Engagement Management tools (such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP CRM, or similar).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to evolving client needs.
• Professional certifications in SAP or project management (e.g., PMP, SAP Certified Application Associate) are a plus. Why you should consider Capgemini
