The Analyst / Assistant Project Manager in the MD Office supports operational oversight and performance tracking to ensure MD directives are implemented across departments
Collaborating closely with teams such as Procurement, Design, IT, CRM, Collections, Handover, etc. the Analyst provides accurate, timely reporting and operational insights
Key Responsibilities
- Attend key meetings with the MD and various business units and departments, ensuring comprehensive understanding and alignment with the MD's objectives.
- Document and formulate MD directives discussed in meetings, ensuring clarity and accuracy before disseminating them to relevant departments.
- Monitor departmental activities to ensure alignment with MD directives, highlighting any gaps or risks to the Director.
- Maintain a comprehensive internal tracker of all MD tasks, directives, and related deadlines, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
- Track the progress of each MD task/directive, identifying any delays or roadblocks, and provide status updates to the Director.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a PMO or Projects Controls or data analyst in management or business consulting firm; or
- 4-6 years of experience in a business operations role, preferably in a cross-functional setting, with a focus on data analytics and performance reporting
- Proficiency in PowerBI and advanced Microsoft Suite Products (e.g. Excel and PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting
