Project Manager – Engineering Consultancy
About This Role
We are looking for a highly capable Project Manager to join our team within an engineering consultancy environment.
The ideal candidate must be able to manage projects from initiation to final delivery with high efficiency, ensuring quality, compliance, and adherence to timelines.
Responsibilities:
- Manage engineering consultancy projects from start to final delivery
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams across all project phases
- Review and oversee design outputs (Architectural, Structural, MEP)
- Handle client communication and coordinate with relevant authorities
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and requirements
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and overall performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Urban Planning
- Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering consultancy firms within Saudi Arabia
- Mandatory: Previous experience working with local engineering consultancy firms in Saudi Arabia
- Proven experience in government, semi-government, or private sector projects
- Strong knowledge of local regulations and approval processes
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi Building Code (SBC) requirements
- Full proficiency in engineering software and project coordination tools
- Strong experience in project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
- Ability to manage and deliver projects independently
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Preferred:
- PMP certification is an advantage

- Only candidates with proven experience in local engineering consultancy firms in Saudi Arabia will be considered
