Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end execution of high-rise construction projects
• Manage planning, scheduling, and budget control
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors
• Oversee logistics, materials, and site operations
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and local regulations
• Handle inspections, risk management, and issue resolution
• Monitor progress and ensure timely project delivery
Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of construction experience (high-rise project preferred)
- Salary 10,000 to 15,000 per month (based on experience)
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Prior experience within the UAE construction sector is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with high-rise or large-scale building projects and knowledge of applicable regulations
- Proven expertise in Project Management with the ability to oversee and deliver large-scale projects
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or BIM tools
- Experience in Expediting and managing Expeditor tasks to ensure efficient workflows
- Proficiency in Inspection processes and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
- Strong skills in Logistics Management for managing materials, resources, and on-site operations
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, Planning & scheduling, Budget control, Contractor and subcontractor coordination and leadership abilities
