Project Manager – Data Center Construction
About This Role
On behalf of Huawei, a world-renowned IT and Communications Company, We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of customer projects within ICT, telecommunications, and enterprise solutions, with a strong focus on data center construction. The role requires managing complex projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, cost, and quality standards.
Required & Preferred Skills
- Minimum 6+ years of project management experience , preferably in data center construction projects
- Strong exposure to ICT / telecommunications / enterprise solutions environments
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Arabic is an advantage
- PMP certification is preferred
- Prior Huawei experience is preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project delivery , including planning, execution, monitoring, and final acceptance
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders (R&D, supply chain, engineering, etc.)
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with quality standards
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and change requests
- Address technical, commercial, and cross-functional communication challenges
- Prepare and manage project documentation and delivery reports
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and local regulatory requirements
- Drive continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives
- Enhance customer satisfaction through effective project execution
