Job Description The Project Manager in Construction & Real Estate Development is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing and managing the entire lifecycle of construction projects. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, real estate, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of project management experience in construction or real estate.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and project timelines effectively and efficiently.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with a collaborative approach.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills are essential.
