This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager / Construction Manager role based in Dubai, focused on roads and bridges projects.

The role involves planning, coordinating, and overseeing all phases of road and bridge construction, from initiation to completion, ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget, and in line with specifications and safety standards.

The individual will manage project schedules and resources, supervise site teams and subcontractors, and coordinate with engineering, procurement, logistics, and inspection teams to keep activities aligned with project plans.

Day-to-day tasks include monitoring progress, conducting site inspections, reviewing technical documentation, managing risk and change orders, and preparing regular status reports for senior management and clients.

The role also requires close collaboration with stakeholders to resolve issues promptly, maintain compliance with ISO and regulatory requirements, and support continuous improvement in construction processes.
