Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a NOC/Stakeholder Manager focused on construction projects.
The role involves overseeing Network Operations Center (NOC) activities related to project communications, systems, and coordination, ensuring network reliability and timely issue resolution.
The NOC/Stakeholder Manager will manage stakeholder relationships, including internal teams, contractors, and external authorities, to support smooth project execution and approvals.
Daily tasks include monitoring network performance, coordinating technical support, managing troubleshooting processes, and ensuring accurate documentation of incidents and resolutions.
The role also includes aligning communication and technical operations with project timelines, supporting compliance with company standards, and participating in cross-functional meetings to address operational risks and improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Network Operations Center (NOC) activities and Computer Network Operations.
- Demonstrated ability in Troubleshooting and Technical Support for network-related issues.
- Proficiency in Network Administration, including monitoring, configuration, and maintenance of network systems.
- Experience managing stakeholders in construction or infrastructure projects, preferably in the UAE.
- Solid understanding of project coordination, documentation, and communication with external authorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and safety practices relevant to construction and operational environments.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
