Project Manager — Construction
About This Role
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and manage the project master program, resource plan, and cost budget
- Lead and coordinate all site staff, subcontractors, and material suppliers
- Conduct weekly site progress meetings and issue detailed reports to senior management
- Manage all variations, RFIs, technical submittals, and contractual claims
- Enforce HSE standards and quality control protocols across all site activities
- Coordinate with the Developer's Project Manager on joint milestones and handover
- Maintain strong client and consultant relationships throughout project delivery
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum 8 years of construction experience, with at least 3 years as a Project Manager
- Experience delivering projects across residential, commercial, or mixed-use sectors
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project for schedule management
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and variation/claims processes
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
