Job Overview

You will be responsible To lead and manage financial projects, with a focus on credit and collection processes, from initiation to completion..

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize financial projects, including credit and collection initiatives, according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with finance and business stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations specific to credit and collection processes.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of financial projects.
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, with a focus on credit and collection performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory standards relevant to financial operations.
• Facilitate communication among project team members, stakeholders, and management.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
• Oversee the implementation of financial solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and credit & collection best practices.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance credit and collection efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within financial services, credit & collection, or related domains.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale financial projects, including credit and collection initiatives.
• Strong understanding of credit management, collection processes, and financial operations.
