Remote Operations & (Compliance) Project Manager

About This Role

Your Mission by remote or in our office in Ajman

Build the internal structure of a growing company – and drive complex regulatory and legal projects independently from start to finish.

Your Responsibilities

Operations & Internal Structure (40%):

• Build SOPs for all departments from scratch
• Establish one single communication channel across the team
• Create checkpoint systems that run without CEO involvement
• Ensure all processes are documented, followed and continuously improved
• Define and track KPIs for all team activities and processes

Legal & Regulatory Project Coordination (40%):

• Research regulatory and compliance requirements independently
• Coordinate directly with legal consultants, banks and authorities
• Track all requirements and deadlines with zero gaps
• Drive all legal and corporate projects from A to Z
• You bring decisions to the CEO – not questions

Team Coordination (20%):

• Lead and coordinate 2 team members
• Set weekly goals and deadlines for both
• Quality control of their output
• Escalate to CEO only when decisions are required

Requirements

Non-negotiable:

• ✅ Minimum 3-5 years experience in operations or project execution
• ✅ Proven ability to manage complex projects fully independently
• ✅ Experience building SOPs and internal systems from scratch
• ✅ Experience coordinating with legal bodies, banks or regulatory authorities
• ✅ Ability to define and track KPIs – thinks in numbers
• ✅ Strong English – written and spoken
• ✅ Proficient with digital tools – Odoo, Notion, Trello or similar
• ✅ Thrives working remotely without daily supervision
