Governance and decisions

• Hold periodic project reviews, update the Digital Briefcase and maintain accurate project records.
• Prepare internal and external reports, liaise with stakeholders and deliver within delegated authority and governance requirements.
• Escalate strategic issues, significant risks and decisions outside delegated authority.
• Manage scope, information and configuration; provide reporting and recommendations to support decisions.

Safety, leadership and supply chain

• Promote Zero Harm, monitor safety and environmental performance, conduct tours and support accident and incident investigations.
• Monitor the health and safety management system and implement improvements.
• Develop and lead the project team through coaching, mentoring and performance management.
• Manage subcontractor attendance, progress and contractual performance; align procurement and supply chain plans with project needs.

Quality, schedule and commercial

• Prepare work for handover and certification; monitor KPIs, audits and improvement actions.
• Develop and update resource-loaded schedules; monitor productivity, progress and milestones, and apply change control.
• Control expenditure and resource use, pursue cost recovery and commercial improvement, and exercise delegated commercial authority.
