Job Title: Project Manager
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Experience: 10+ Years
Employment Type: Permanent / Full Time
Client Domain: Construction (Specialty: Aluminium Glazing Facade, Panel, Steel Structures, Glass Processing)
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Minimum 10+ Years of experience
- Responsible for planning, communicating and efficiently executing the project in accordance with the agreed budgets, timescales, process and quality targets.
- Experience in MS Office/AutoCAD/Project Planning
- To ensure that all drawings issued to the Client or other departments are checked and approved.
- Establish and maintain an "Inventory Code Book" for all raw materials.
- To ensure that all primary supplies can be ordered on time.
- To assist in the co-ordination of the Curtain Wall Prototype Testing.
- To appoint a Curtain Wall Fixing Contractors to fix the Curtain Wall Frames on site, and to supervise all the site fixing activities.
- Attending meeting with the consultant, client, subcontractor and supplier.
- To control and maintain site materials their distribution and safe keeping.
