About This Role

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee and manage logistics, supply chain, and marine transportation activities for major offshore Oil & Gas and marine construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient coordination of materials, equipment, transportation, inventory, and offshore logistics operations to support project execution safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all logistics and supply chain activities for offshore projects.
• Oversee marine transportation operations, vessel coordination, and offshore material movements.
• Ensure timely delivery and availability of equipment, materials, and project resources.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to support project schedules and operational requirements.
• Manage inventory control processes and ensure accountability for large inventory work scopes.
• Coordinate with offshore construction contractors, suppliers, shipping agents, and project teams.
• Monitor logistics performance, costs, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, client requirements, and HSE standards.
• Prepare logistics reports, forecasts, and inventory status updates.
• Support procurement and project management teams with logistics planning and execution.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Communications, Maritime Studies, or related field from an accredited university / Maritime Academy or equivalent.
• Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in offshore Oil & Gas and logistics operations.
• Strong logistics experience with Offshore Construction Contractors and Offshore Operators.
• Good knowledge of supply chain management and marine transportation operations.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar managerial position on major Oil & Gas or marine construction projects.
• Minimum 3 years of GCC experience is preferred.

• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management systems.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience working with international offshore contractors and operators.
• Strong leadership and team coordination capabilities.
• Ability to manage large-scale inventory and logistics operations effectively.
• Familiarity with GCC offshore project environments and marine regulations.
