Key Responsibilities
- Track and manage material requests and deliveries
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP (SAP)
- Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and project teams
- Monitor stock levels and support replenishment
- Handle material documentation (MR, GRN, issue vouchers)
- Follow up on delayed or critical materials
- Support stock checks and inventory audits
- Ensure compliance with HSE and company procedures
Requirements
- 2-5 years experience in materials or inventory coordination
- Experience in ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Knowledge of warehouse and supply chain processes
- Oil & gas / EPC experience is an advantage
