Project Manager

About This Role

Key Responsibilities

· Own the integrated project plan (milestones, dependencies, resourcing, critical path) and maintain delivery cadence across workstreams (mobile, web, backend, data, DevOps, QA, security, and integrations).

· Facilitate Agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) and ensure clear sprint goals, definition of ready, and definition of done.

· Establish and run project governance: status reporting, risk/issue management (RAID), change control, decision logs, and steering committee materials.

· Translate business objectives into delivery scope and releases in partnership with the Product Manager; ensure requirements are testable and traceable.

· Coordinate cross-team dependencies (e.g., APIs, identity, mapping, notifications, analytics), ensuring timely handoffs and integration readiness.

· Manage scope, schedule, and cost trade-offs; proactively identify delivery risks (technical debt, integration constraints, security/compliance) and implement mitigation plans.

· Drive quality gates and readiness: test strategy alignment, release criteria, performance baselines, security assessments, and operational runbooks.

· Ensure stakeholder communication: weekly status, executive summaries, and clear escalation paths; maintain a single source of truth for delivery artifacts.

· Oversee vendor/partner coordination where applicable, including SOW adherence, deliverables acceptance, and technical alignment.

· Support deployment and cutover planning, including training coordination, support transition, and hypercare execution.

· Promote continuous improvement: metrics (velocity, cycle time, defect leakage), retrospective actions, and process optimization.

Required Qualifications & Experience

· 8+ years in software delivery/project management across web and mobile products; experience delivering high-availability platforms.

· Strong practical experience with Agile at scale (Scrum/Kanban), plus ability to operate in hybrid governance models.

· Proven delivery leadership across multi-disciplinary teams, including engineering, design, QA, DevOps, and security.

· Competence in estimating, capacity planning, dependency management, and release planning.

· Hands-on familiarity with SDLC, CI/CD, cloud/on-prem deployment patterns, and non-functional requirements (availability, performance, security).

· Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills; able to translate complex topics into clear decisions.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
