Touq Consultancy is hiring Project Managers, with senior candidates also considered for Regional Delivery Manager roles.
Lead conversion of existing villas into early-years education facilities for a government client across Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and Al Dhafra.
The programme is multi-site and runs for approximately 20 months, with a stated start of December 2026 subject to contract award.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple concurrent sites from survey to licensed, operational handover on the client's behalf.
- Direct design consultants, supervision consultants, and contractors.
- Manage design development, authority approvals, and licensing with municipalities, Civil Defence, and utilities.
- Prepare tender packages, run evaluations, and provide award recommendations.
- Manage contractor progress, cost control, variations, and claims.
- Enforce quality, HSE, and safeguarding standards on sites near children and the public.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, handover, and 12-month defects management.
- Deliver accurate weekly and monthly reporting.
Preferred experience
- Education, nursery, or healthcare project experience is preferred; ADEK licensing knowledge is preferred.
- FIDIC or Abu Dhabi Government contract-form experience is preferred.
- Primavera P6 or MS Project, and Aconex or similar CDE experience, are preferred.
- Arabic is an advantage; willingness to be based in Al Ain or Al Dhafra is preferred.
Package
- Competitive package up to AED 25,000 per month depending on experience, plus transport or an allowance for regional travel.
- The stated pay range is AED 15,000–25,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person; programme sites span Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and Al Dhafra.
