Role overview

Responsibilities

• Prospect corporates, facilities and HSE teams, schools, retail chains, pharmacies, and distributors.
• Conduct field visits, product presentations, and sample demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing, terms, and volumes within company policy.
• Convert one-off buyers into recurring monthly accounts.
• Manage leads, meetings, quotations, orders, delivery follow-up, and payment collection.
• Maintain CRM pipeline and activity records; report weekly on visits, quotations, and closed deals.
• Gather customer and competitor feedback to inform products and bundles.
• Coordinate with operations and channel teams on order fulfilment.
• Represent Moor at client sites, exhibitions, and events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of B2B or field sales experience in the UAE; FMCG, safety products, medical supplies, or corporate gifting is an advantage.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets; an existing corporate, HSE, procurement, or retail-buyer network is a plus.
• Confident presenter with strong negotiation and follow-up discipline; comfortable with CRM tools, Excel, and WhatsApp Business.
• Self-motivated and comfortable with commission-driven earnings.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage. A valid UAE driving license and own transport are preferred.

Compensation

• Base salary is AED 4,000 per month plus uncapped commission; stated typical monthly total earnings are AED 10,000–20,000 based on performance.
• The posting also lists a pay range of AED 2,800–16,000 per month.

Work arrangement

• Full-time, on-site role with field visits; work location is in person in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
