Touq Group is hiring an Interior Designer to own corporate office fit-out design from as-built survey through client sign-off.
The role includes live projects, including multi-floor office renovations for Abu Dhabi clients.
Design responsibilities
- Produce corporate office space plans, furniture layouts, and test-fits on CAD shells.
- Develop reflected ceiling plans, partition and joinery details, and coordinate MEP adjustments with engineers.
- Create 3D models, client-ready renders, and walkthrough videos using SketchUp, 3ds Max, Enscape, Lumion, or similar.
- Prepare finishes schedules and physical material sample boards for tiles, cabinetry, ceilings, and flooring, including value-engineered options.
- Prepare FF&E schedules with lead times and local availability.
- Survey sites, verify dimensions, and support civil defence submission drawings with UAE Fire Code exit and occupancy markups.
- Present design options to clients and revise designs based on feedback.
Experience and qualifications
- 3–6 years of UAE corporate or commercial fit-out experience.
- Strong AutoCAD skills and a 3D visualization portfolio; office projects are preferred.
- Hands-on UAE material sourcing and physical sample-board assembly experience.
- Familiarity with UAE Fire Code and civil defence approval requirements.
- Comfortable on live sites and in client meetings; able to manage multiple floors and projects in parallel.
- Design-and-build contractor experience is a plus; a UAE driving licence is also a plus.
Package
- The package is stated as AED 9,000–13,000 per month, negotiable for exceptional portfolios, plus medical insurance, annual leave ticket, and employment visa.
- A separate pay line lists AED 9–14 per month, which conflicts with the stated package range.

- Work location is in person; the posting lists Abu Dhabi, UAE.
