Role Overview
Coordinate marketing execution across Touq Group of Companies, including team schedules, content, campaigns, and events.
The role combines marketing coordination, content scheduling, creative-team coordination, campaign support, reporting, and event planning.

Marketing Execution
- Execute approved marketing plans across all Touq Group units, including MOOR partner content requirements.
- Schedule posts and maintain content calendars, coordinate approvals and publishing, and retain evidence of completion.
- Coordinate briefs, schedules, and deadlines among the execution team, photographers, designers, editors, and external contributors.
Campaigns and Reporting
- Support campaign management and provide basic analysis of advertising results, campaign performance, and follow-up actions.
- Track agreed KPIs and platform insights and prepare concise reports showing results, gaps, and next actions.
- Plan and coordinate events, including preparation, timelines, assigned responsibilities, and follow-up.
Tools and Delivery
- Use CapCut confidently for practical video editing, work with Canva, and apply basic Adobe Premiere knowledge where required.
- Manage time and competing priorities, monitor delivery, resolve coordination gaps, and escalate blockers promptly.
Required Experience and Skills
- Minimum two years of relevant marketing or marketing coordination experience.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Strong time management skills.
- Strong CapCut proficiency, working knowledge of Canva, and basic Adobe Premiere knowledge.
- Knowledge of post scheduling, campaign management, basic advertising analysis, KPIs, and platform insights.
