Project Manager – PMC leading construction projects from planning through completion.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience is required.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- PMC / Project Management Consultancy experience is preferred.
- Building construction and project management experience, including working knowledge of MEP services and Interior works.
- MS Project or Primavera P6, MS Excel, and project reporting knowledge are specified.
- Large-scale commercial, residential, institutional, hospitality, or mixed-use project experience is an added advantage.
Project management and coordination
- Lead projects through planning, design coordination, execution, monitoring, and completion; manage PMC planning, scheduling, cost control, quality control, and coordination.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, architects, and other stakeholders.
- Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, schedules, and construction progress; coordinate Civil, Structural, MEP, and Interior works.
- Monitor contractor performance, manpower, materials, and site activities; ensure execution meets approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
- Review RA bills, variations, claims, and project documentation; identify risks, delays, and technical issues and coordinate corrective actions.
Reporting, compliance, and completion
- Conduct site inspections, progress meetings, and project reviews; prepare and review progress reports, MIS reports, schedules, and project documentation.
- Ensure HSE, quality, and statutory compliance; support project handover, snag rectification, and final completion.
