Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; a master’s degree is preferred.
- The summary specifies a minimum of 10 years of experience; the qualifications specify a minimum of 12 years in civil and infrastructure construction.
- Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts, and project controls.
- Proficiency in project management software, including Primavera or MS Project.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- PMP or equivalent professional certification is an advantage.
