Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution.
• Develop comprehensive project plans to monitor and track progress.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.
• Continuously identify and assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Report and escalate project issues to senior management as needed.
• Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure project success.
• Conduct project post-mortem analyses to identify areas for improvement.
• Lead and motivate project team members, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field required.
• Proven working experience in project management roles within an organization.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with project management software tools and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills essential.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
