2) Role Overview

We are recruiting a Technical Project Coordinator – IT Infrastructure & Business Development for the UAE market.

This is a part-time, project-based role focused on supporting both project coordination and business development for IT infrastructure related opportunities.

The role is not designed for a purely execution-only engineer. Instead, we are looking for someone who can work closely with SolutionMall as a practical local partner to support project follow-up, customer coordination, technical communication, supplier and delivery coordination, and regional business expansion.

The selected candidate will work with SolutionMall teams, customers, contractors, channel partners, and suppliers to help drive opportunities from early-stage communication through project implementation and delivery support.

Typical project scope includes:

● IT infrastructure projects

● ELV / weak current related systems

● Network implementation and supporting infrastructure

● Server room / equipment room projects

● IDC / data center related supporting systems

● Hardware and infrastructure delivery coordination

● Installation follow-up and implementation support

● Project opportunity development and local business coordination

3) Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Implementation Follow-Up

● Support project coordination for IT infrastructure, ELV, network, server room, and related technical projects

● Assist in following project progress from early-stage communication to installation, implementation, and delivery support

● Coordinate with customers, local contractors, installers, and SolutionMall teams to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and properly followed

● Help track progress, identify execution risks, and support issue resolution during the project lifecycle

Technical Communication & Requirement Alignment

● Assist in understanding customer requirements, site conditions, and implementation expectations

● Support communication between customers, local execution teams, and SolutionMall technical teams

● Help align project requirements with available products, technical solutions, and delivery plans

● Support clarification of technical details related to equipment, installation, implementation scope, and project coordination

Business Development Support

● Help identify potential customers, project opportunities, local partners, and cooperation channels in the UAE market

● Support business expansion efforts related to IT infrastructure, server room, network, ELV, and related project opportunities

● Assist in maintaining customer relationships and following up on potential project leads

● Act as a practical local coordination partner who can support both opportunity development and project advancement

Supplier, Delivery & Execution Coordination

● Support coordination related to quotations, product matching, lead times, shipment follow-up, and delivery arrangements

● Help coordinate between local project needs and SolutionMall’s sourcing and supply teams

● Assist in following up on equipment delivery, site readiness, and implementation planning

● Support communication with suppliers, channel partners, and contractors when needed

On-Site Support & Project Control

● Provide on-site coordination support when required

● Help monitor installation readiness, manpower coordination, site issues, and implementation progress

● Identify and report gaps related to schedule, site conditions, technical mismatches, or delivery coordination

● Assist in maintaining practical control over project execution and communication flow

Market & Project Feedback

● Provide feedback on market practices, customer expectations, and project implementation conditions in the UAE

● Share information on local channel resources, customer behavior, project opportunities, and delivery challenges

● Help SolutionMall improve its regional business development and project coordination capability

● Support continuous optimization of project cooperation models for the UAE market

4) Qualifications

Required

● 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas:

○ IT infrastructure projects

○ ELV / weak current projects

○ Network implementation or coordination

○ Server room / equipment room related projects

○ Technical project coordination

○ Business development in technical or infrastructure-related fields

● Practical understanding of project follow-up, customer coordination, technical communication, and implementation support

● Ability to work across technical, commercial, and coordination tasks

● Good communication and relationship-building skills

● Ability to support project execution while also helping develop business opportunities

● Working proficiency in English

Preferred Experience

● Experience in UAE market related projects

● Experience in customer development, local partner coordination, or project opportunity follow-up

● Experience in IT infrastructure, network systems, ELV, server room, or IDC related fields

● Experience in coordinating shipments, suppliers, contractors, or local implementation teams

● Familiarity with local project environments, practical site coordination, and regional business practices

● Arabic language ability is a strong advantage

Languages

● English is mandatory

● Arabic is a strong advantage

● Additional regional language skills are a plus

5) Coverage

This role focuses on IT infrastructure, server room, network, ELV, and related project opportunities in the UAE .

Depending on project needs, the selected candidate may support:

● customer communication

● partner coordination

● project follow-up

● delivery support

● regional business expansion

within different parts of the UAE market.

6) Work Model

This is a part-time, project-based role .

The role is designed for a candidate who can work with SolutionMall in a flexible cooperation model and support the business throughout the project lifecycle, including:

● opportunity follow-up

● customer coordination

● technical alignment

● implementation support

● shipment and delivery coordination

● project execution follow-up

Remote coordination is expected for part of the work, while local meetings, customer visits, project follow-up, or site support may be required depending on actual business needs.

7) Compensation

Compensation is based on:

● level of project involvement

● business development contribution

● customer and partner coordination support

● project execution participation

● delivery and implementation follow-up support

Detailed compensation structure will be shared with selected candidates during the selection process.
