Graduate role supporting a major UK public-sector client in the Project Management and Operations Analyst team.
The intake begins in April 2027.
Graduates start in one selected area and may later work across teams depending on business demand, performance, and development needs.
Starting role pathways
- PMO: support project delivery, finances, resource planning, onboarding and offboarding, change management, risks, and issues.
- Service Analyst: monitor service performance against Service Level Agreements, manage incidents, problems, and changes, and support reliability and continuous improvement with technical teams.
- Business Operations Analyst: support financial activities, communications planning, calendar and mailbox management, and resource planning.
- Activities across the team include planning, risk and issue management, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
Location and working pattern
- Based in Telford, with office attendance up to three days a week and a requirement to be within commuting distance.
- The role requires work on a secure site.
Graduate development
Development combines professional and technical learning, client experience, and mentorship.
