Graduate role
Project Management and Operations Analyst Graduate 2027 role supporting one of Capgemini’s largest UK public sector clients.
The intake is April 2027, and candidates begin in a project management, service analyst, or business operations area.
Over time, graduates may work across different teams and disciplines based on business demand, performance, and development needs.
Location and work arrangement
- The role is based in Telford and typically involves working in the office up to three days per week.
- Candidates need to live within commuting distance of the chosen location; the work requires access to a secure site.
Starting role areas
- Programme Management Office: support project managers with finances, resource planning and tracking, onboarding and offboarding, change management, risks, and issues.
- Service Analyst: monitor service performance against Service Level Agreements, manage incidents, problems, and changes, and work with technical teams on reliability and continuous improvement.
- Business Operations Analyst: support financial activities, communications planning, calendar and mailbox management, and resource planning.
- Work across internal and client-facing projects or live services, with activities including data analysis and stakeholder engagement.
