Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Around 5–8 years of HVAC/MEP project execution experience, preferably in the UAE or GCC.
- Hotel or hospitality project experience is mandatory.
- Experience with an MEP contractor or main contractor is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with chilled water systems; AHU, FCU, and FAHU; ducting and ventilation; chilled water piping, pumps and valves; and kitchen ventilation or exhaust systems.
- Experience in site execution, installation, and coordination.
- Coordinate HVAC works with electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, architectural, and interior fit-out teams.
- Experience with shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, method statements, and inspections.
- Handle consultant/client coordination and subcontractors.
- Experience in testing, commissioning, TAB, and project handover.
- Manage HVAC works according to project schedule, quality, and HSE requirements.
Pay
- Pay is AED 16,000–18,000 per month.

- Work location is in person.
Responsibilities
- Execute HVAC project works at hotel sites, including site installation and coordination.
- Coordinate HVAC works with electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, architectural, and interior fit-out teams.
- Prepare and manage shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, method statements, and inspections.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
- Carry out HVAC testing, commissioning, TAB, and project handover.
- Manage HVAC works to meet project schedules, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
