Seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer with solid UAE building construction experience.
The role oversees electrical installation works and coordinates with project stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Supervise electrical installations on building construction projects.
- Review electrical drawings, specifications, material submittals, and shop drawings.
- Coordinate with consultants, MEP teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor progress against project schedules and coordinate electrical activities with other disciplines.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety requirements, quality standards, and approved project documents.
- Resolve site technical issues and coordinate inspections and testing.
- Monitor material requirements, installation quality, and rectification works.
- Prepare progress updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 6–8 years of relevant experience, including UAE building construction experience.
- Strong knowledge of building electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, containment, and related installations.
- Experience reviewing drawings, coordinating site activities, and managing subcontractors.
- Familiarity with UAE authority requirements and project inspection procedures.
- Strong technical coordination and communication skills.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 13,000–15,000 per month.
