Role overview
Oversee building construction projects in Dubai, supporting smooth execution, quality standards, safety compliance, and timely delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage construction activities from project commencement through completion.
- Coordinate project managers, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
- Monitor schedules, budgets, resources, progress, and manpower planning.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Resolve site-related technical and operational issues and monitor health, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Prepare progress reports and coordinate milestones with senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of building construction experience, including UAE experience and proven UAE project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, quality control, and site management.
- Strong coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Main contracting and high-rise or commercial building project experience is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 18,000–22,000 per month.
