Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 10–12+ years of experience in waterproofing, roofing, or civil construction, including at least 3 years in project management.
- Strong knowledge of waterproofing materials, application methods, substrate preparation, detailing, testing, and defect diagnosis.
- Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Experience managing subcontractors, site crews, procurement, budgets, and client communication.
- Familiarity with Dubai Municipality requirements, UAE construction practices, and HSE regulations is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera P6, Excel, and project documentation tools.
- A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
Pay
- Pay is AED 12,000–16,000 per month.
Work location
- Work location is in person.
Responsibilities
- Manage waterproofing, roofing, or civil construction projects from planning through final handover.
- Manage subcontractors, site crews, and project manpower.
- Coordinate project procurement and budgets.
- Communicate with clients and manage client-facing project matters.
