The QA/QC Engineer supports quality assurance and quality control for water infrastructure and utilities projects.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and maintain project QA/QC procedures.
- Inspect pipelines, pumping stations, drainage, and related civil works.
- Review drawings, method statements, ITPs, and material submittals.
- Conduct site inspections and coordinate inspections with clients and consultants.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports, checklists, NCRs, and quality records.
- Monitor material testing, pipeline installation, pressure testing, and related quality tests.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and applicable standards.
- Coordinate with construction teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
- Follow up on corrective actions and close out non-conformities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
- Experience in QA/QC for water infrastructure or utilities projects.
- Knowledge of water pipelines, pumping stations, and associated civil works.
- Experience with ITPs, method statements, material approvals, inspections, and NCRs.
- Good knowledge of construction quality standards and documentation.
- UAE experience is preferred.
Pay
- Pay is AED 15,000–16,000 per month.
