Project Engineer (Civil) (Building Construction)

Role Objective

Key Responsibilities

• **Site Supervision & Execution:**
• Oversee all on-site civil works for high-rise structures, including deep foundations, core walls, post-tensioning, and complex structural elements.
• **Technical Coordination:**
• Review and verify shop drawings, structural designs, and MEP coordination drawings to ensure constructability and resolve any clashes before execution.
• **Subcontractor Management:**
• Manage and monitor the performance of subcontractors and site foremen to ensure work aligns with the project master schedule.
• **Progress Tracking:**
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Identify potential delays and implement recovery plans to maintain the

• **Quality & Safety:**
• Ensure all works meet the Approved Method Statements and Quality Control procedures.
• Maintain a "Zero Harm" safety culture on-site in compliance with OSHAD/Dubai Municipality standards.
• **Material Management:**
• Coordinate with the procurement team for the timely delivery of materials and ensure proper inspection (MIR) upon arrival.

Candidate Requirements

• **Education:**
• Bachelor’s Degree in

Civil Engineering

• **Experience:**

• 10+ years of experience
• in civil construction.

• Proven track record of successfully completing
• High-Rise Building projects (G+30 and above)

• with a deep understanding of local building codes and authority regulations (DM, DDA, Civil Defense, etc.).
