Full-time Project Engineer role supporting aluminium and façade project planning, coordination, and execution.
Projects involve aluminium façades, curtain walls, glazing, doors, windows, and architectural metal works.

Key responsibilities
- Coordinate projects from commencement to completion and work with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Review architectural, structural, shop, fabrication, and installation drawings; coordinate technical requirements with engineering and design teams.
- Monitor site activities and supervise installation of façades, curtain walls, glazing, doors, windows, cladding, and related systems.
- Prepare and follow up on material submittals, RFIs, inspections, and technical documentation.
- Track project progress, schedules, materials, and quality; identify site issues and coordinate solutions.
- Assist with planning, reporting, inspections, approvals, handover, and project documentation.
- Ensure work complies with specifications, quality standards, HSE policies, and project safety requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in aluminium, façade, glazing, or architectural systems projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of aluminium and façade systems, including curtain walls, glazing, doors, windows, and cladding.
- Ability to interpret architectural, structural, shop, and fabrication drawings.
- Fluent Arabic speaking is mandatory; good English communication skills are required.
- UAE/GCC construction experience is preferred; a UAE driving license is an advantage.
- Strong site coordination, project execution, communication, and construction quality knowledge.
