CNC operation and production
- Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently to meet production requirements.
- Set up machines, load materials, and select appropriate cutting tools.
- Monitor machine operations and adjust settings as needed.
- Follow production schedules, quality procedures, and workplace safety guidelines.
Inspection and maintenance
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and machining instructions.
- Inspect finished components using instruments such as vernier calipers and micrometers.
- Ensure products meet quality standards and dimensional tolerances.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and report technical issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Previous CNC Operator experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Knowledge of CNC operation, tooling, and machining processes.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and quality inspection.
- Basic troubleshooting and machine maintenance skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
