Key responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities from start to completion.
- Supervise site teams, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure work follows drawings and specifications.
- Prepare schedules, material requirements, and progress reports; review drawings, BOQs, and technical documents and prepare quantity take-offs.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and vendors on project requirements.
- Monitor costs, manpower, and materials to avoid delays and wastage; inspect site quality, workmanship, and compliance.
- Prepare material approvals, work inspection requests, and handover documents; resolve technical and site issues.
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies and local authority regulations; maintain project records and site documentation.
- Support preparation of variations, invoices, and final accounts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- 2–6 years of experience as a Project Engineer or Site Engineer in MEP or facilities-related projects.
- Good knowledge of project planning, drawings, and site execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; MS Project is advantageous.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Pay
- Pay is up to AED 10,000 per month.
