Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate quotations based on scope, drawings, BOQs, and inspection reports.
- Conduct site visits to verify scope, take measurements, and assess conditions before pricing.
- Build costs from first principles using material, labour, plant, overhead, and margin inputs, a rate library, and current supplier pricing.
- Monitor tender and enquiry portals daily, manage company pre-qualification profiles, and submit quotations before expiry.
- Review tender documents and flag requirements such as bonds, guarantees, and retention to management.
- Perform value engineering to improve pricing competitiveness while maintaining compliance.
- Coordinate pricing and handover with Projects Engineers, FM teams, Procurement, and Operations Management.
- Maintain estimation registers and quotation files and report on pipeline, win-loss, and conversion rates.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 6,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person; the role includes site visits.
