Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries and requests by phone, email, WhatsApp, and in person.
- Receive and accurately record customer orders, service requests, and complaints.
- Coordinate with internal operations, sales, kitchen, or technical teams to deliver services on time.
- Follow up with customers to confirm service completion and satisfaction.
- Resolve complaints promptly and politely, escalating complex issues to management.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and booking confirmations as required.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM or tracking systems.
- Schedule appointments, deliveries, and service visits.
- Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and timelines.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on requests, complaints, and response times.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest service-quality improvements.
- Support sales follow-ups and collect customer feedback.
Requirements
- One to three years of customer-service experience; catering or event-coordination experience is described as mandatory or strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of catering operations, menu planning, and event setup is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Hindi and Arabic are advantages.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, email, and CRM or booking systems.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Compensation
- Pay is listed as AED 3,500–5,000 per month.
