Responsibilities
- Greet customers and take their orders accurately.
- Handle cash, count the till at the start and end of each shift, and prepare daily sales reports.
- Reconcile cash, card, and digital payments with POS records and report shortages or discrepancies.
- Record advance payments, deposits, and balance payments for catering orders and events.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams so orders are prepared and delivered correctly.
- Answer customer questions about menus, packages, prices, and orders, and handle complaints politely.
- Maintain records of invoices, orders, and daily collections.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 2,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
