We are looking for a highly accomplished
Project Director
with a proven track record in managing large-scale
Civil & MEP developments
, driving project excellence, profitability, and successful delivery from inception to handover.
Requirements
- 20+ years of construction experience with leading Tier-1 contractors
- Minimum 10 years in senior project leadership roles
- Proven experience delivering projects exceeding AED 1 Billion
- Strong background in Civil, Structural, Architectural & MEP works
- Extensive UAE/GCC mega project experience is mandatory
- Expertise in project delivery, commercial management, contracts, and stakeholder management
