We are currently hiring for a Project Director – Civil (Project Delivery & Execution) role based in Dubai, UAE.
We are looking to connect with highly experienced construction professionals who have a strong track record in delivering large-scale residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments across the UAE market.
Key requirements
- 15+ years of construction/project delivery experience
- Strong background in high-rise, mixed-use, and luxury developments
- Proven expertise in end-to-end project execution
- Experience managing contractors, consultants, budgets, and project timelines
- Strong understanding of UAE construction regulations and authority approvals
- Previous experience with leading developers/main contractors in the UAE is highly preferred
- This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with strong execution capabilities and a passion for delivering landmark developments.
