Project Director

Job Responsibilities: Project Leadership

• Lead the planning and implementation of large-scale projects, ensuring all deliverables align with organizational objectives.
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring effective communication across all levels.
• **Team Management:**
• Oversee project teams, providing guidance, motivation, and mentorship to achieve project goals.
• Delegate tasks, monitor progress, and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate efforts between departments, vendors, and external partners to ensure project
• alignment.
• **Budget & Resource Management:**
• Create and manage project budgets, ensuring costs remain within approved limits.
• Track and report on project expenditures, making adjustments as needed. Ensure the
• efficient allocation and utilization of resources (personnel, equipment, etc.).
• **Risk & Quality Management:**
• Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Monitor project quality and performance, ensuring adherence to company standards and client
• expectations.
• Conduct regular reviews to ensure project progress, timelines, and quality are on track.
• **Stakeholder & Client Relations:**
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and outcomes.
• Ensure client needs are met, and expectations are aligned with project goals. Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
• **Reporting & Documentation:**
• Prepare detailed project reports for internal stakeholders and clients, highlighting progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
• Evaluate and report on project outcomes to determine success and areas for improvement.

Required qualifications and years of experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• **Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management or related roles, with at least 10 years in a leadership position.**
• Experience in healthcare, laboratories, or complex technical projects is highly preferred
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficient in
• project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, or similar). Strong problem-
• solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
