Overview
We are expanding our team for an exciting
Large-scale Mixed‑Use Development project in UAE
and are looking to engage a highly skilled professional for the role of Project Director.
Qualifications and professional Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or relevant discipline – Mandatory
- Master’s degree (Project Management / MBA) – Preferred
- 20+ years’ experience leading multidisciplinary teams in program / mega project management
- Mandatory experience in PMC / client-side roles
- Experience in large-scale / complex developments is essential
- Strong stakeholder and executive-level communication skills
- PMP – Strongly Preferred
