Responsibilities
- Lead project delivery from pre-construction through handover and close-out.
- Supervise integrated project, design, commercial, planning, construction, and technical teams.
- Establish governance, reporting, and assurance processes.
- Drive programme, cost, quality, risk, and sustainability performance; lead recovery and mitigation where needed.
- Act as principal contact for senior client stakeholders and provide strategic advice.
- Build relationships with authorities, consultants, contractors, and delivery partners.
- Oversee multiple construction workstreams and packages and ensure safe, efficient, contract-compliant execution.
- Monitor project progress, risk, and performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
- Lead commercial strategy, contract administration, and change management; review financial performance against approved budgets.
- Direct, mentor, and develop project teams and promote collaboration and high performance.
Requirements
- Degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or a related discipline.
- Professional membership such as MRICS, MCIOB, PMP, or equivalent is preferred.
- Extensive experience delivering major building and infrastructure developments.
- Experience in a senior PMC, client-side, or programme management leadership role.
- Track record delivering complex mixed-use, residential, commercial, hospitality, or large-scale urban developments.
- Extensive knowledge of project governance, contract administration, programme controls, and construction delivery.
- Experience managing large multidisciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong Abu Dhabi experience is required.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of FIDIC contract environments.
