Project context

Project coordination

• Support planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of airport development and enhancement projects.
• Coordinate stakeholder activities to align programme objectives and operational requirements.
• Maintain project trackers, action logs, risk registers, and decision registers; monitor milestones and escalate critical issues.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and management updates for senior stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets and identify risks, challenges, and mitigations; support project delivery and agreed milestones.

ORAT coordination

• Support Operational Readiness, Activation and Transition activities across project workstreams.
• Coordinate readiness plans, trials, simulations, training, familiarisation exercises, and transition activities.
• Engage operational stakeholders and incorporate readiness requirements into project delivery.
• Integrate construction, commissioning, testing, and operational activation programmes; facilitate readiness reviews and close actions.

Stakeholders and interfaces

• Coordinate airport operations, airline representatives, government entities, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Build stakeholder relationships and facilitate workshops, technical meetings, coordination forums, and readiness sessions.
• Track stakeholder actions, decisions, and commitments; coordinate interfaces across project packages.
• Identify interface risks, resolve potential conflicts, and align construction activities with live operational constraints.

Operational integration and handover

• Support transition and handover plans and coordinate testing, commissioning, operational acceptance, and handover.
• Maintain operational documentation, training records, procedures, and readiness evidence.
• Support activation milestones and successful operational commencement.

Role expectations

• Technical expertise in local health and safety rules and regulations relevant to the project portfolio.
• Manage tasks and deliverables with project, client, design, consultant, and stakeholder teams.
• Lead and manage project teams and stakeholders toward strategic project KPIs.
• Promote safety, inclusion, wellbeing, quality, and compliance; support continuous improvement and effective team collaboration.
