The Project Coordinator is based in Mississauga and reports to the Project Manager.
The role oversees assigned projects and provides administrative support to the Project Management team.
What you will do
- Maintain customer orders using the Direct Project Management System.
- Enter purchase orders and track project orders.
- Expedite and follow up on orders, and reconcile final billings with customer purchase orders.
- Coordinate between vendors, the sales team, management, and customers.
- Process shop drawings for approval or record purposes.
- Support sales initiatives and customer experiences while representing the company’s brand.
Who you are
- Have at least 2–3 years of related experience.
- Be organized and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Maintain positive business relationships with suppliers and customers and resolve concerns.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment within time constraints.
